Car, 4x4 and Van MOT while you wait

An MOT is a mandatory test that makes sure your vehicle meets environmental, safety and roadworthiness standards. They ensure all vehicles on the road are passing standards designed to protect people, infrastructure and the wider environment.

An MOT is required three years after your vehicle was first registered and then every year afterwards, on or up to the anniversary of the first MOT test. You must renew this once a year.

After your visit with us, we will set you up with a reminder for your annual MOT.

We offer waiting MOTs for your car, van, 4x4 or classic vehicle, or you can leave your vehicle with us for the day if its more convenient. We can also offer courtesy cars (subject to availability).

Our highly skilled technicians can carry out most repairs needed should your vehicle fail its MOT here, at Totnes Cross Garage.
